Chinese people use different oil than western people.

Most Chinese people use a fish oil to cook. They will use also corn oil, colza, sunflower... It gives a very special taste to dishes. In Chinese cooking often you will reuse some oil to give a special taste to another dish.
Nowaydays many speciality shops sell olive oil. Chinese people see olive oil as some miracle product. Many think if they have olive oil they can stay healthy. Still I don't think any Chinese will cook with olive oil. They might just drink this oil by the glass or together with salad to stay healthy?
