Chinese cities inhabitants rensentments toward new comers

Chinese cities explode.
For instance the population of Changsha city, capital of Hunan province increase of at least 500 thousands inhabitant each year!

With such a rapid growth integration of new comers generates some resentments.
It is difficult to know what "original" inhabitants think. In fact only 30, 40% of the population might really be from Changsha!
Many don't appreciate all these wealthy farmers who arrive in their city. Several times I have heard "they are farmers".
"Farmers" or new comers are wealthy but they are often disregard.
For instance several Chinese people told me that they never go to Starbuck as too many farmers go to these coffee place!

In Changsha when you speak to some Chinese he will most likely come from another city CHangde, Yueyang, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan...
New comers often stay in the same districts in the suburbs. It is cheaper there and it is easier to go out of the city.
